Grape varieties are adapted to our soil (argilo-calcaire) and subsoil:

- Cabernet Sauvignon 15 %
- Cabernet Franc 15 %
With a surface of 16 hectares, our vines have an exceptional average age of 60 years. The vast majority of our Merlots and Cabernet-Sauvignons are nearly a century old, which assures us of unrivaled quality within the appellation.
Vine growth is controlled to ensure the best quality possible, and sublime the calcareous typicity of Saint-Etienne de Lisse's terroir.
Treatments and enrichments are made with natural products, in order to protect our environment.
